satisfied my sweet tooth...

Instead of binging on cookies or ice cream when I was craving somethings sweet I decided to break up half of a Hersey's bar. I sucked on the small pieces until they were all melted. My treat lasted me longer than if I would have scarfed a bunch of cookies. So satisfying and creamy and only 105 calories. Now off to walk when the kids go to bed!

    Did something similar with a dove bar the other day. It really comes down to just eating it as slowly as possible. xD

    I have also did that with baked potato chips... count out a serving size and them crush them... it takes longer to eat and I'm satisfied when I'm done... Good idea with the chocolate
  • figs are sweet and take a while to chew and hard candies are another that slow you down. I have also used gum.
