Hello ya'll! I'm only a few days into the whole MFP website and I LOVE IT!!!! My biggest struggle so far is feeling so sleepy in the afternoons! Any ideas or things you do that help you get over that after lunch sleepiness?

I too have that issue. Could it be caused by insulin, the afternoon sleepiness?0

I fight my afternoon sleepiness with a coke hahahaha. Then while my babies are napping I make myself do something physical, like clean the house. Once I get moving it usually stops the want for sleep.0
