The most notable difference since starting 30DS is that my natural waist has gone from 41" to 38.5"!! I've also lost an inch on my thighs and half an inch on my arms! I was supposed to measure tomorrow, but I couldn't wait- I was able to see a difference in my waist and I wanted to record it. My scale is at work, so I can't weigh in until tomorrow, but even if the scale doesn't move, I know I've lost inches, and that feels pretty good :)

    Same here! I can already see a difference and I took out my tape measure and ive lost almost 2" off my hips already! Loving this workout so far. I am already considering Ripped in 30 for after I complete this:)

    Great results guys! I'm not sure about inches since I haven't remeasured yet, but I did drop 1.4 pounds since last Tuesday. I'd say that's progress :)

    So I weighed and measured this morning after completing dat 5 yesterday. No lbs. lost, although I ate pretty bad this weekend, but .25" off my calf and arm (I only took measurements on my left side) and 1.5" off my belly so 2" lost total!!

    I don't measure until Thursday but I know I lost inches cause last night my pants fell off doing the jumping jacks!!!:laugh: They were around my ankles and my daughter was cracking up:tongue:
