Insanity Month Two-Not much results :(

Hey everyone-
So I am on day 20 today of month two for Insanity (the max workouts).
It makes me disappointed to say that I am not seeing any results really besides that obviously, my cardio vascular endurance has gone up (which is great, dont get me wrong).
The first month I did Insanity I got these results:
(Day 1-Day 30 Month One)
Then for Day 1 to Day 20 Month Two:
So the only changes I made from last month and this month was during the first month, I did 30 minutes of strength training 3-4 days a week. A beachbody coach told me NOT to strength train during month two because the workouts were an hour long and hard enough already. So I didnt, but I feel like that is the missing piece maybe?
My diet is really good, I rarely slip up, eat tons of protein and fiber, drink my water, etc etc. Eating approx 15-1800 a day (I use a BodyMedia Fit Armband, so I eat based on that). I have a deficit of about 500-1000 daily, usually not 1000 though.
Anyone else having this issue? Or perhaps someone might have some good tips for me?

How many calories are you supposed to be eating based on the formula in the book? Is it possible you're eating too few calories?0

You know funny you say that, I had the same issue. Month 1 I burned off about 25lbs and the second month which is supposed to be more intense I only burned off 10lbs. I like you kept eating about the same throughout both months. I started all over again and am buning like mad. I think month 1 for some reason is much better. I would also like to know if i need to change something up for month 20

You know I actually thought about it for a while and I think Im just super used to it. I really really need to incorporate strength in my workouts at least 3 days a week. Im looking forward to doing Asylum for that reason alone! I know how my body responds to lifting so Im convinced that is probably why Im having kind of a slow month.0
