    I am so proud of all of you! Each of you has lost double digits for the challenge, and each of you lost more than 1 pound this week! That is so awesome!

    I feel like I've been floundering for a bit, but I made some adjustments, and it seems to be working. :)

    I'm glad we still have a group determined to make a change within this 90 days. Regardless of whether your goal is 30 pounds (way to go SCOTT!!!) or 5, keep it up! Looking forward to great reports for Week 10!

    Sorry I haven't been really apart of this challenge in the way I should of been. Everyone seems to be doing pretty wonderful on there numbers and should be all very proud of what they have accomplished in a short amount of time, even though it may feel like forever. Awesome work everyone! =)

    was out of town all weekend and it really messed me up. I could not get my friend to eat in for ANY meal. :grumble: I tried to stay good and we did go for a 5 mile hike. But all the eating out and over eating (that's all she wanted to do) was NOT good for me. Back on track.
    Volleyball season starts up with 2 practices tonight i think. That will be good. Also going to do pushups at lunch.

    Goals: drink LOTS of water to flush system.
    Shakeology and Green Monster Shakes for Bfast and Dinner this week.
    Clean up garage and get the rest of the boxes out of the WO room so I can really have the room needed.
    Swimming after work (unless it's nice and/or I sub it out for running/gym starting tomorrow (forgot suit today).
