Anyone can add me too, been deleting "friends" who work out 2+ hours a day and net extremely low sometimes negative! I DO NOT support that. Period. Requests are welcome from people who eat0

I am a tad late coming in to the group but also looking to find some EM2WL friends. I stalled on weightloss, and after I upped my cals I lost a pound after a few days! I'm eating 20%less than my TDEE... Which puts me around the 1700 mark. Feel free to add me as well!0
