August Week 3 Winners

Hello All,
Another week gone and another tough week for me. I am hitting a brick wall. I need help....

There were 50 participants on the spread sheet this past week and of the 50 there were 21 participants that lost (33.6lbs), 7 participants that stayed the same, 6 participants that did not record their weight, and 16 participants that gained (31.9lbs) Congratulations to all the losers and here's a kick to all those that gained "KICK".

    I have had a rough month with no gains, but no losses. It can get very frustrating when you feel like you are working so hard. I think for me, I haven't been as consistent with logging on the weekends because I have been away for various things, parties, vacation, etc. and it has affected me for sure. I don't want to stop all the fun events in my life, but its SOOO hard to log in the midst of a girl's weekend or day at the beach. Now that things are calming down a bit, I am hoping I can return to my consistency in logging and exercise and begin to see some loss.

    Hoping the same happens for you, Donna! Just gotta keep on truckin' :)

    My success: this group, support of others, and the idea that I really, really want to be in the top 15 each week. No kidding. Last week I didnt make it and was all like - next week WILL be better :bigsmile: And I'm back on the list!!!

    I have a week of lots social events and temptation this coming week. Let's hope I've learned enough to be moderated. I too struggle with a social life revolving around food, drink, fun and calories..........................
