Sorry I haven't been reporting, but I have been checking up to see how everyone is doing. I had a weight gain week one, but FINALLY dropped 2 lbs on my weigh in this morning! So, hopefully, by the end of all this, I'll be down another 3....that's my goal at least. If I can't get to 10, I'll at least get 1/2 way there! Plateau's SUCK!0

Feel like I'm rocking - this site / app has been great for me so far and combined with loads of exercise I'm on a roll. Hope everyone else is moving in the right direction.

5.6 pounds down this month so far. two weeks to go!!! Not sure if I am going to make it to 10 pounds lost, but I am going to try to get close. I think I am approaching a plateau, so I am going to switch up my diet this next few weeks. Of course I am sure the weight training is helping add muscle, and I am losing inches, so I am happy with my progress so far.
I think I may be doing too much exercising with not enough break days, so any help is appreciated here.
I have been doing circuit training on the 30 day shred for 20 minutes followed by resistance exercises for 30 minutes at least every other day and a couple hours of cardio most days. I think I may need to do rest days? Any thoughts?0 -
