    Are you currently in decent shape? I think that makes a difference, because you don't want to do anything the is too strenuous that is new while you're pregnant. I do Tae Bo, Turbo Fire/Jam, rocking body, zumba mostly. There are also pregnancy workouts if you are newer to working out. Hope this helps :)

    I like a series I found at Target by Lindsay Brin called "Pregnancy Fitness" - it's a 4 DVD set, one for each trimester + 1 for postnatal, and they incorporate cardio and strength training. Lindsay is a bit peppy at times, but I think overall it's a good workout and matches my nonexistant energy level :)

    I use Leslie Sansone dvd's only now... I was doing Zumba and Turbo Jam, but starting getting pains and my doctor said if it continues I need to stop do lower impact.

    Thanks Ladies. I'm in decent shape . I used to run 2-3 miles\ day for 3-4 times a week although am by no means a fitness nut. :)
    Looking for moderately challenging workouts as running is no longer an option and walking seems too dull.
