Here are some comparisons of pictures before and after I lost 36 lbs. I have 26 lbs to go to goal weight but feeling pretty good right now :)

    Thanks for all the compliments. My girlfriend actually sent me my before picture and I was shocked at the difference myself. It is very motivating when you see before and after pictures.
