I don't see a thread where we can post our daily stuff for weight loss so I made one. My daily things I will work on are: ❤️Track water - my goal is 119 oz a day ❤️Workout at least once a day ❤️Go for a walk right after eating at least 20 minutes
Since hitting 40, esp 44, I can tell that this ole girl's metabolism is shot. I have spent the last 2 weeks working hard to make some changes but seeing little progress which is NOT good for motivation.
