I don't see a thread where we can post our daily stuff for weight loss so I made one.

My daily things I will work on are:

❤️Track water - my goal is 119 oz a day

❤️Workout at least once a day

❤️Go for a walk right after eating at least 20 minutes

    I'm also 44 years old, will be 45 on May 26th. I weigh 238.1 Ibs and 4 ft 8 inches. My small goal weight is 225. My ultimate first goal is 199 Ibs. I've been in the 200s FOR YEARS!!

    Hola, Tim 48 going on 49 in July… Weighing 230 right now trying to get to 215-210… ive been at 225 for years too…. Lets see today:

    Bfast- 2 eggs and a slice of Daves killer bread, lunch - hamburger patty with cheese, on dave's bread (lowkey i was in a hurry) dinner- ??

    workout- uppperbody chest and back and arms, building from last week…

    finised my coffee, now working on my water intake for the day….

    Good morning…

    Bfast- PB toast on Dave's Killer Bread

    Cardio: 2-3 mile walk on treadmill- incline at 2-3%, finish with some abs…

    Lunch- chicken and rice with an avocado

    dinner- ?? we will see….

    Track my water intake

    Do a walking workout

    @kizzyann1111 I hope you crushed it yesterday. Build on that… Great job….

    Yesterday, i did the same, no workout, during my lunch break i walked 2.5 miles for some like cardio and to get the soreness moving out… The felt really good…

    Today- Back to the grind-

    chest- db bench press, incline machine press, dips, lat pulldown

    SS- weighted pushup and db bicep curls

    Boooom!!! LFG!!!

    Also, day 2 of Intermittent Fasting 16:8 (12pm-8pm) is my eating window. Day 1 went well. Liquids until 12pm - snack- rice cake, Nanner and Pb, Lunch- rice, ground beef and tators. Dinner, ill figure it out….

    SS- db fly, singe leg hip thrust (may swap out for smith machine hip thrust) and BB upright rows

    SS- Tricep Pushdown/Hammer curls

    Romanian DL…

    IF16:8 day 3 going good.

    12pm- Bfast tacos that i didnt eat- No tortilla

    3pm - work party, they are bringing in Wingstop- Party is at 12pm, gonna lay off food, finish at 1pm, go workout and then eat 3pm… 👊

    Sounds like a plan….

    Wing Stop food! I love it!! I too, am on IF. I just finished day 3. I'm down to 133. And I increased my water intake and stopped drinking soda. I used to drink soda every day! I also stopped eating my last meal at 2 or 3 in the morning. Now, it's at a decent hour. And I don't eat until the afternoon.

    Goood mornin… Yes Wingstop is the bomb, I tried there corn on the cob and tenders, really good and spicy..

    Thats awesome, taking out the soda is a game changer. That will really help out…. Wooooohoooo!!! 133 very nice… Water is great keep at it…. yes, i my eating window is from 12pm-8pm that is really doable for me….

    I forgot to post, but still did IF yesterday, and got an upper body workout in too. Then went in an 8mile bike ride, that was something different, but loved it, enjoyed being outside and on the greenbelt….

    Ok lets get this Tuesday out of the weight, keep it going….👊

    Tuesday workout below:

    Workout- Leg press, walking lunges, lying leg curls, Bulgarian split squats and calves for the finisher…

    Wednesday no workout

    Cardio: Gonna try and get 30 of walking at lunch….

    Still doing IF- eating window is from 12pm-8pm

    Tri SS- Db fly, hip thrust, BB upright rows

    SS- tricep Pushdown/ Hammer curls

    Glute ham raise

    Food- IF - 12pm PB on a rice cake, sooooo good… Lunch - pulled pork sammie

    Well, today is the first day of June.

    Today I started the month of June at 232.1 Ibs. I asked Chat GPT what is my weight and height equivalent to another 45 year old female of normal height. And I found out that me at 4'8" is equivalent to a 300 Ib woman of normal height 😲 😱 😲. That's an eye opener for me.

    I started weighing myself on a regular basis on May 18th and on that day I weighed at 238.1 Ibs. So, a 6 Ib loss from May 18th - June 1st I'm pretty proud of. It'll be interesting to know what I'll weigh on July 1st. I'm hoping I'll be in the 220s.

    Here's to an AMAZING healthy June with whatever our goals are.

    Great job… Well, thats fun to know, but everyone is different. Just keep doing what your doing bc its working…. JUST KEEP GRINDING….. Ok sounds good, keep it going..

    Monday was good…

    Didnt skip a Monday workout… Lets go!!!

    incline BP

    Jm press

    SS- ez bar curls/db lat raise

    Tuesday- Leg day today… Gonna crush it today, last week of the 4 week block, next week gonna change it up…
