I made these goals this week. SUCCESSFULLY I've been keeping up with 2 of them.... UNFORTUNATELY I haven't done the last one AT ALL this week... HOWEVER... I'm not giving up hope. There is still ONE MORE DAY of the work week left. I just have to set an alarm to wake up early enough to walk to transit station...lol...plus I can make up for it twice on Saturday and Sunday...lol
-keep track of water intake
-Do stairs instead of Elevator and escalator
-Walk to transit station for work and back home.
