P90X and Insanity

Is it safe to do P90X and Insanity at the same time? I'm a fit person looking to do more. I do about 4 workouts a day. I love Cardio. I've done P90X, never Insanity. But I'm just looking for.... MORE! Is it safe?

It can be safe. My friend does p90x in the morning and insanity at night right now. He is in really good shape and just wanted the challenge of it. I do p90x and I either walk the dogs at a vigorous pace for 90 minutes or run 10k before I do my p90x workouts. It is about what your body can handle. Give it a try and pay attention to your body. You also might need to eat more as I understand that insanity burns like mad.0

As long as you are into hammering certain muscles hard on the same day. But there are a couple of hybrids out there, I would imagine you would be fine if you planned it out right.0

Have you looked on beachbody for the hybrid programs? I'm planning on doing a P90X/Insanity hybrid when I finish with my current Chalean Extreme/Insanity hybrid... it has actually been a very do-able plan.0 -
Yup, I'm doing it now. There are many ways to splice them together depending on your goals. Here' a couple of links to different ways of doing it:

Personally, I like the 2nd option but I've stuck with Ab Ripper X instead of Cardio abs because it works better for me.
