Hi Helen, I'll weigh in on Monday's it'll keep me accountable over the weekend!
Im away at the moment so not had a chance to weigh myself but I think I've put on a few pounds so ill go with 146lbs!
By Christmas I want to weigh around 136 pounds so my aim will be to lose 10 pounds, if I lose anymore I won't look right- I'm 5'8
Will 'officially' weigh in on Monday when I get back home to my trustworthy scales!

My name is Jenna, I'd like to lose one stone by Christmas. I normally weigh-in Sunday, but I can go with Monday if that's easier.
My current weight (as of last Sunday) is 133lbs. My height is 5ft 3. So 120lbs would be ideal I think.
I'm actually trying out the 5:2 intermittent fasting plan at the moment, so will be interested to see how it goes.0 -

Hi all,
I've stalled and started sliding backwards so need a good kick up the *kitten* to get me going again! Not giving a specific target as I don't do well with those (joined the lose a pound a week group and gained four pounds, lol). SO I'm going to aim for a loss every week be it 0.2 or 2 pounds.... aiming to exmyass by Xmas... sorry, that was bad...
Starting weight was 154.6 and will weigh in Mondays.
