SO yesterday I had a good day all along until the clock hit 10:00 pm I am suppose to be putting my older child to sleep but instead i open the fridge make a hug plate of rice and half a chicken, YA HALF A CHICKEN. and thats not it, after i finish eat did not feel so good so I had a can of pepsi. oh that's not it, keep readying then a package of M&M chocolate and a chocolate bar.

I cant stop myself eating at night. any ideas from previous experts?

    brush your teeth (the minth flavor will prevent you from wanting food), read a book, go for a walk, drink some water, or some hot tea, paint your nails (you cant eat if your nails are wet!!!), write in a journal, workout, make a small healthy snack, etc.
