Well, loosing 30 pounds during this challenge was unrealistic for me.
A month ago I revised my goal, and then stalled.
I'm back on track, and once again it looks like I can make that revised goal before we finish.
I know I'm going to try!

Good luck to all of you in the next five weeks or so, as well!

    Hi Team,

To be honest the past couple of weeks have been difficult, i understood the scale standing still on week 8, but week nine brought a gain of 1.4. I was starting to lose my motivation, but today i'm down 3 lbs, and a total of 10 for the challenge thus far. Gesh, this was much easier when I was younger. :)

Just keep trying your best. I have had two full weeks of nothing showing up on the scale, which was frustrating, but now I don't look at the scale as my motivation, it's the slight trims of my body and my energy that have been big for me. Look at those changes that you see, I'm sure there's a few in there. =)

I feel for you and I'm in the same boat. I had a few weeks of horrible gains after having several weeks of little losses. Finally had another good loss. Just stick with it. Find some inspiration (mine came in the way of finding my dream body and having it be totally achievable).
We can do this. It might take some time, but heck, it took us some time to put the weight on in the first place. Keep it up. :flowerforyou:
Don't forget, sometimes your body might need to do something different and out of it's comfort zone in order to get off a plateau. You can do it!

Thanks - These pounds didn't come on overnight, I'm not sure why I expect them to come off overnight. Meanwhile for the first time in my life I consider myself a runner. :)
