So we're officially onto week 2. Only 16 more to go. A fantastic start and hopefully this is the future. I hope everyone is finding this group helpful. If anyone has any suggestions do tell me. You can direct message me if you don't want to write them here!

I love this graph and just signed up for this group, so please add me if you would. I don't have a lot of weight to lose but don't seem to be able to take it off and keep it off even if it's only 9-10 pounds??? I'm hoping I can make some new friends and keep with the program and see results!!!0 -

Hi Helen. I notice that the graph has my beginning weight when I began mfp. I would like to start this with the weight I am at now which is 156. My goal weight is 135. I changed my ticker back to 0. Are you able to change it on the graph? If not, no biggie. I will weigh in tomorrow. Thanks.0

Hi, please can you add me? I only joined MFP last Wednesday. My start weight is 173 pounds and I want to lose 18 pounds by christmas so my goal weight is 155 pounds!

Reporting no weight loss as mine was updated Saturday which was 2 lb that week. Mine will start next Monday .0
