Week 5?

Anyone else starting week 5 this week? Want to be friends and motivate each other? Friend me! :)

    I actually started week 5 last week but I was really in my 7th week of the program. I did the kickstart and decided to do weeks 1 and 2 for two more weeks after that. Then I did weeks 3-4 for 3 weeks as well because it feels like it takes me the first week of doing the new videos just to get used to doing the moves and during that time I don't feel like I'm doing as good of a workout. After two times of doing each video I feel comfortable enough with the moves to put in better, harder work. Also, I had a vacation and some family visiting in there so I felt like those were kind of a setback as well and I needed to take the extra time. I don't know if I'm going to stay on weeks 5-6 for 3 weeks. I guess I'll see how I feel about them after this week. Let me know what you think of cardio 2. I've done it twice now and it seems a heck of a lot harder than cardio 1 (as it should). Have you been adding in any extra cardio workouts or have you just been following the program as is? Also, what have your results been like so far? I feel a lot stronger than when I started and can definitely see muscle definition in my legs and shoulders even though my scale has only moved 8 lbs.

    I've only lost about 2 lbs but I haven't been all that great with my diet. I actually don't do her cardio workouts. I've been training for a marathon on top of this so that takes care of my cardio. I also supplement with Turbofire (which is my absolutely favorite cardio workout). I just use body revolution for strength training. I find it very difficult and I debated doing 3 and 4 for one more week, but I am trudging on. Workout 5 kicked my butt today!
