My goal is to lose 2 lbs a week, and this goal is modest. I should lose 34 lbs. in the next 17 weeks, but I want to set an attainable goal! More is always preferred!0 -

My goal is 241 - I started last week and ended up losing about 4 pounds. I dont think 3 pounds a week is to aggressive....is it? I am going to try working out at least 3 times a week and try doing calorie cycling. This is what it will look like for me:

big challenge to make this weight but doable as I lose weight quite well when I really try. A couple of years ago I was losing about 10 pounds a month. We will see what happens, I do promise not to go under my total calories to do this though. any exercise thoughts. I am going to get a treadmill, have a exercise bike at the moment that I can't use because of my knees(bone on bone) but I can use a treadmill.0 -

My biggest challenge will be that I tend to pack on muscle (I do a lot of weight training) so the number on the scale messes with me.0 -

My hypo thyroid may not allow me to lose 20 pounds in this time frame, but I am going to aim for 5 pounds a month, should be do able. I want to be 145 March 15, that is for sure!!
