    I'll fill in my SW on Friday, so right now it looks like this:

    15 pounds in 17 weeks, I'd be ok with that.

    Goal Loss: 25 lbs

    My goal is to lose 2 lbs a week, and this goal is modest. I should lose 34 lbs. in the next 17 weeks, but I want to set an attainable goal! More is always preferred!

    Wait- is it Sept 1 - Dec 1 or Sept 1 - Dec 31?
    I set my goal with the latter in mind.

    My goal is 241 - I started last week and ended up losing about 4 pounds. I dont think 3 pounds a week is to aggressive....is it? I am going to try working out at least 3 times a week and try doing calorie cycling. This is what it will look like for me:

    Assuming I lose no more than .5 lb in the next 4 days -

    (MFP SW - 195 lb)
    Challenge SW - 185 lb
    Challenge GW - 165 lb

    big challenge to make this weight but doable as I lose weight quite well when I really try. A couple of years ago I was losing about 10 pounds a month. We will see what happens, I do promise not to go under my total calories to do this though. any exercise thoughts. I am going to get a treadmill, have a exercise bike at the moment that I can't use because of my knees(bone on bone) but I can use a treadmill.

    My biggest challenge will be that I tend to pack on muscle (I do a lot of weight training) so the number on the scale messes with me. :/

    My hypo thyroid may not allow me to lose 20 pounds in this time frame, but I am going to aim for 5 pounds a month, should be do able. I want to be 145 March 15, that is for sure!! So I look forward to these challenges and the help and support I can receive from everyone!!! Good luck to all, let the games begin........Saturday!!!
