    My goal is 47 pounds loss in 4 months.I want to be under the 200 pound mark on my scale. I have lost 15 pounds since 8/8/2012. My blood pressure has already dropped drastically. Being healthy is my main goal!

    Goal weight is: 199

    I WILL be under 200 lbs by the end of the year.
    I can't wait to feel healthy again and be able to do all the things I used to.
    This will be a good challenge to keep me accountable!

    My Goal Weight is 200-ish (Give or take 5lbs)

    Hey there I would maybe aim for 6-8 pound a month :flowerforyou: Thats my goalin any case.

    (A little unsure as to what my ideal weight should be, but this seems about right!)

    So this means losing around 30lb/15kg.
    Which means losing almost 2lb/1kg a week... I don't know how realistic this is but I want to meet my goal!

    Ooo, this is just what I need.

    Having just come back from my summer holidays, I now have a straight run to Christmas.

    CW - 111
    GW - 105

    For me, its the last 6 or so lbs that kill me each time. I get so agonisingly close and then BINGE LIKE MAD :grumble: and ruin it all.

    OK I will go for 30lbs - which is ambitious!

    SW: 192 lbs
    GW: 162 lbs

    I have already lost around 23 lbs - another 30 will bring me to first goal!

    Its ambitious but I've been focusing on strength the last few months and haven't really lost anything so I'm hoping a change of focus to fat loss will help get me there!

    Goal weight 130.

    I hope to actually reach my goal by the end of October. Which would give me a 2 lb lose each week. Hoping this group will help, as I have not been accountable for my weight going up and down within the last 2 months.
