Hey there I would maybe aim for 6-8 pound a month :flowerforyou: Thats my goalin any case.0 -
Starting weight: 174lb/79kg (5'7")
Goal weight for end of December: 140-145lb/63-64kg
(A little unsure as to what my ideal weight should be, but this seems about right!)
So this means losing around 30lb/15kg.
Which means losing almost 2lb/1kg a week... I don't know how realistic this is but I want to meet my goal!
Good luck everyone, I'm excited! xo0 -

Starting weight 148.
Goal weight 130.
I hope to actually reach my goal by the end of October. Which would give me a 2 lb lose each week. Hoping this group will help, as I have not been accountable for my weight going up and down within the last 2 months.0
