It's back! This time, its a little more intense than a walk in the park! Try getting yourself moving with fifteen minutes of vigorous calisthenics! Push-ups, situps, jumping jacks. Old school phys ed, that's what it is!

Sure - now that I can do! More motivated today, yesterday I actually came in under my calorie goal!0

Pushups are so dang hard, I can't even do one regular pushup and only about 6-7 girl pushups. But doing at least 15 pushups is on my fitness bucket list.
