Adding Exercise

Hello Cathletes,
I'm new to My Fitness Pal and was wondering what you use when adding strength training exercises (STS Total Bodt or Pyramid or Slow & Heavy) to your day. I can't see anything in their database that is considered weight training (unless I've missed it).
Also, what would you use for Turbo Barre?

Just started with Cathe again after a few months off and I'm sore but loving it!

There is an option for "strength training." I used that when i first started with MFP, but now I have a heart rate monitor, s i create my own exercise with the title of the DVD and put in what my heart rate monitor shows. The place to create your own is under "My Exercises" and then "Create Exercise."0
