Hi there, new to this so sorry if it's been done before.
Is there any way to track breastfeeding through the app. I am currently breastfeeding my 9 week old and feel I am probably not eating enough. Lost 7 lb last week. Great start but I am worried about my milk supply. Thank you

in food i believe there are various breastfeeding options to choose from. i know weird its in food but it is. i am ebf with a five month old and am just using 1800 calories as my goal. I have been thinking I might change it so the bf comes out of the exercise but I want to make sure I eat the calories for my babie(400-500) so I just go with the 1800. I lost 7 lbs in 10 days so I think I will keep it as it is as I was pleased with the results.0

I add it in with my food! It subtracts Calories, fat, carbs, protein, sodium, etc. for you that way. I use custom calorie and macro goals, so I could just add it into my goals, but either way would work.0

Thank you both so much, think I'm going to struggle with all those extra calories, barely manage the limit I'm meant to have already!0
