Does anyone know how to do this in myfitnesspal?

Your food diary should automatically have all of that in it so it tracks along with your calories. If it doesn't, or if you want to adjust the percentages, you can make changes to the settings yourself. Just click on the "goals" tab and choose the customize option.0
