Do you ever...?

Do you ever feel like you don't know whether someone is trying to be a good support to you or just wants you to change for them? It frustrates me. I'm losing weight because I want to, but make no mistake, I'm already good enough just as I am. #irritating. Does anyone else experience this?

My ex always believed I should change for him, and then when I would make the decision to start eating right he'd go ahead and sabotage it. THAT was frustrating and irritating.

Really frustrating. In this case it's not my partner but another family member. Who, I might add, is doing nothing for their own health.

I think that why i was not sucessful in my pervious weight loss because i did it for them not myself. This time around im doing it for myself. I wanted to do this and maybe why im succeeding this time.

Completely. My current partner admits he prefers his women to be stick thin & without curves... whereas I'm a size 20/22. Yes, I'm losing for myself, but his obvious preference for androgynous females has triggered all my old eating disorder issues.
