MINI Goal for Thurs Aug 30

Ok, this is a different goal then the weekly one. LOL
How about we do wood chops. To do these, you stand with feet hip width apart, bring your arms up to your shoulder, then swing down to the left, bending the right knee, twisting your body slightly, as if you are chopping wood. Then do starting from the left side and swing to the right. Try for 10 each side. I love doing these myself. Learned these from The Biggest Loser for the xbox. lol If you can't do them standing, try them in a chair.

If this was winter and I was relying on the wood I was to chop, I would freeze! This morning I walked on the treadmill for 5 minutes and was too ill to do anything else the rest of the day. I will try to do better tomorrow.0

Did them today, got busy and forgot yesterday. I am definitely adding these to my regular routine. Thanks Cali!0
