Ok pals, today will be standing jack day. To do these you bring your arms up as if doing a jumping jack, but we don't jump, instead we squat a little. Mini challange for Sunday
Hi, I think today we should do some relaxing exercises and deep breathing. I love doing the hand come together up over the head as I breathe in, hold for a few then hands come down out to the side and back up again. I know some can't put their arms above their head, so just do what ever relaxing you can do.

Today we shall do heel lifts and try to balance on one foot at a time. Liz suggested these before and I tell you that balancing is hard to do, but as she said, very important as we age. So, YES we will try it again and again.
