I'll try, but I won't guarantee anything. I'm the original "junk food queen" so eating healthy is really hard for me. But then again, that's why I'm in this program -- to retrain myself. :laugh: I did do the punches yesterday.0

Will try. It's not been a great week. Sick dog,(better now), 4 grandkids one day, helping a sick friend, getting run down a little myself, but managed about 220min. of exercise this week.0

Didn't have time to log much on Saturday, but I did eat my 2 veggies if I remember correctly. Thanks for the gentle push in the right direction.0
