Oh my goodness, how we all doing? I hope wonderfully. For today, I am trying hard to think about what we can do. If you all have suggestions, please feel free to let me know any time.
For today, how about some core strengthening. Laying on the floor or the bed. on back, knees bent, push the small of your back down, hold for a second or two then release. do as many as you can. Try for 10
Then do bridges. Push your rump up toward the ceiling leaving your shoulders on the floor.
Finally, only because I don't want to push us too hard, lie on your stomach and pull your stomach in as much as you can and hold. This way we are fighting against gravity and it helps a lot. Do at least 10 of those.
