Okie dokie, it is walking Wednesday once again, yep, walk, walk, walk. Walk anywhere for as long as you can. We can do this.

    I make the effort to walk every day. Today will be a challenge since I'm taking the car in for service and they said I'd be there about 2 hours. There's no place to walk around there either. We'll see what happens. Maybe it'll be ok because I've already been up and down the stairs several times with laundry. :laugh:
