How to eat a healthy 1000 calorie breakfast - my trick

Thought this might be of interest to some on here - this is my "breakfast" and it takes place over three or four hours in the morning. It's all raw, vegan, and gluten-free :)

1: Fresh vegetable juice from juicer (about 130-200 calories)

2 carrots
1 cucumber
1 zucchini
1/2 cup kale
2 celery stalks

2: Fruit smoothie (about 300-450 calories)

1 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon brown flax seeds
1 banana
2 cups fresh blackberries
2 tablespoons maca powder
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons hemp protein powder

3: Raw nuts and seeds soaked overnight (about 250-400 calories)

1/2 cup walnuts
3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
3 brazil nuts
1 tablespoon chia seeds

    That's an amazing breakfast!! I envy you.. I think I'm going to try using some coconut milk in my smoothies, lots of calories in there :)
