Hello everyone, When I started (~03/2014) I weighed 52.2kg and 167cm. 5 months in (23/08/2014) I weigh 56.8. I've only recently discovered MFP so now I can track my macro's as well. Aiming for 2200kcal/day this should give me the 1kg/month.
