You're most welcome. I suggested it because even though I lift regularly I have neglected my abs for a while. I'm In.

Great, thanks again this is fun!
  • Ok! This sounds more doable than the crazy intensive exercise tape by DH is asking to buy at $100 plus!
  • Oh yes...Tks Liz too. I think I can mingle my way through...Tks you CALI:)

Ok, I did 10 each set. Not much but sometimes that is all I can do until my spine yells at me!

Hope you all are getting your crunch on.

Good job everyone! Two sets of 25 for me. Be sure to do them slowly for maximum benefit. You don't have to lift your chest very high. You can also mix them up and do some laterally.

LOL, I've been doing these forever but just get lazy sometimes, need to be more regular with them. I love the wood chops--added those to my workout list.

issy, I am glad you like the wood chops. I love them. One of my favorite ones I learned on The Biggest Loser for the xbox.

I am glad that you suggested the crunches. I have always done them too as part of my PT. I actually got an ab lounge at a yard sale, but after using it for a while, I realized that with my spine the way it is, that was not a good idea. I think it was too much, so back on the floor for me.
