I would really like to do this program, however, all we have at home are some dumb bells and a bowflex type machine.....can't remember the brand. Can I do 5x5 SL with a machine like this? It has options for all of the lifts, it just wouldn't be with free weights obviously.

    Sorry, no practical advice on how to use the Bowflex for 5x5, but I do think they are effective, use a workout from the bowflex site if they have them. If not, put together your own, with standard splits, back/chest, tri's/bis, etc. I have a Bowflex, too--have not used it much, have lacked space, primarily. Good luck.
