Anyone an expert in what body fat % looks like?

According to the US Navy Body Fat % Calculator, I have 31.2% body fat. (Yikes.) According to a seven-site skin caliper measurement that I did this morning (with the aid of my boyfriend to reach the various sites that I certainly couldn't, like shoulder blade, tricep, and chest), my body fat % is 21.8%. I feel like I am neither of these percentages--I'd imagine being much leaner at 21.8%, and much, much puffier at 31.2%! :laugh: Based on my most recent progress pictures...anyone have any thoughts?

I would also say 30%. Here's a link to my pic I uploaded the other day. I am currently 21%.
