Good morning everyone,
Today is the first day of the Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition Challenge.
My starting weight is 282.
Phase 1: Lose 25 pounds.
Phase 2: Lose 25 pounds
Phase 3: Lose 25 pounds
Phase 4 go all out and reach my goal weight of 185.
So if I fail on either phase I have to pump it up and lose lose lose.

Hi, I just joined the group as I happened to log onto MFP through my laptop for the first time today. Great timing!
Here are my weigh-in & goals for Sept. 1:
Current Weight: 322lbs.
Phase 1: 282lbs. ( -40 )
Phase 2: 257lbs. ( -25 )
Phase 3: 232lbs. ( -25 )
Phase 4: 202lbs. ( -30 )
If I meet my Phase 3 goal for this challenge, I'll have met the original goal weight I set when I first signed up for MFP. It means I will have lost 100lbs. Fingers crossed!

Okay here goes...and of course the first day my husband I and are going to the fair! EEEK! Good thing I will be able to record at least 4 or 5 hours of walking!!

I didn't weigh in this morning so I'll have my starting weight tomorrow morning, if that's okay.
Phase 1: September-December 1: Lose 10 pounds
Phase 2: December 1- March 1: Lose 10 pounds
Phase 3: March 1-June 1: Lose 10 pounds
Phase 4: June 1-September 1 2013: Lose 10 pounds
Since I have 50 more to lose, I'd like to lose even more than 10 pounds and be at my goal weight by this time next year. Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend! Blessings and good success to all of you in this challenge!!0 -

Goal for phase 1 is -25.8 lbs putting me in one derland!
Goal for phase 2 is -20lbs
Goal for phase 3 is -15 lbs
Goal for phase 4 is -14.8 lbs putting me at my goal weight if 150!
