I made my first goal in December, but I have definately slacked off this second goal. I will really have to work hard in February to make the 6 month goal. Anyone else having any challenges staying motivated? How about anyone that is solidly motivated? Any tips or words or inspiration are welcome.:smile:

This morning, I'm down 31.5, 1.5 pounds past my Phase One goal. *happy dance* I am looking forward to the next three months, and my Phase Two goal of 25 pounds. Anybody else weighing in today for Phase One?

How is everyone doing with respect to your Phase 1 goal? I am thrilled to say I am almost there... I was hoping for 30 lbs. by December 1. It's November 1 and I'm already at 26 lbs. gone! Couldn't be happier. MFP is definitely working for me!
