    Since I've lost roughly 34 pounds in 3 monthish... I know I want to lose 30 lbs from Sept 1st to December 31st as I know it's going to be a lot harder to lose weight the smaller I get. We'll see what I weigh in on the first.... and I think I'll stick with the losing 2lb/s a week goal so I'll drop it down to 180 which will be a goal of 35 lbs to lose by the end of December!

    I changed my mind, Since I only have 6kg to go I am planing to meet my goal by the end of october.
    So I will only be with you guys for 2 months of the challenge and not 4.

    That is 22 lbs I will have to lose. In 75 days I have lost 15 so I think that is a fair amount.

    I'm almost ashamed to write this down...

    Goal Weight for December 31st - 313

    That is 65 lbs I will have to lose. I know it may seem as a lot, but I calculated that we have roughly 18 weeks in which to do it and I will have to lose a little over 3 lbs/wk.

    Eeeek - my two weeks of debauchery (aka holiday) and general food sinning have been paid for with the number on the scale this morning :embarassed: I've updated the spreadsheet accordingly to account for my sins.

    Oh well. If that's not the kick up the bum I needed, I don't know what will be.
