Hello all,
I just started Crossft last week and they've encouraged all the newbies to get with the paleo program. I figure I could at least try it out for a month, what's the harm?
After doing a little bit of research (mostly on nerdfitness.com) I found fairly easy paleo spaghetti recipe made with spaghetti squash. I don't know if I'm just a great cook, but IT. WAS. AWESOME.
I seriously may never feel the need to eat pasta again. I couldn't believe how well it turned out.
Anyway it was just really encouraging to a newcomer such as myself that I could really enjoy something so different from what I usually have and it makes me feel that this is a sustainable lifestyle change for me.
So here I am, and I'll continue searching for recipes to get excited about

nomnompaleo and paleomg are two good online recipe resources.
I recommend one of the many paleo/primal books for tips on what is ok/not preferred in this lifestyle.
We good food and lots of it.0 -

Hey check out "against all grain". I follow her of facebook. While not exactly recipes for losing weight, she has amazing paleo baked goods and just got an offer for a cookbook. Her recipes are online to date.0

I started Paleo this week, and picked up the cookbook Everyday Paleo [she also has a great blog] at Costco during my epic shopping trip. My husband has bookmarked half the recipes!0
