    166.8 lbs this morning.

    I want to lose 8/10 lbs every phase.

    Its going to get harder when on my last 10 lbs so need this motivation to get to my GW.

    I have no idea if I will be able to achieve this, but I guess the only thing there is to do is to try my best. I haven't been below 185 since I got pregnant with my daughter and she will be 11 this October.

    Good morning! My overall goal is to lose 100 pounds during this challenge. I got my starting weight yesterday morning, down 6 lbs. from when I started MFP a couple of weeks ago.

    My goals are:
    1st phase: 30 lbs
    2nd phase: 25 lbs
    3rd phase: 25 lbs
    4th phase: 20 lbs

    I'm eager to work hard with all of you to make this Extreme Makeover a reality! Let's do it!!

    Start weight 179lbs and my goal is to lose (at least) 10lbs per quarter. I think that's doable for me.

    Hello! I no I'm getting started a couple days late but I figure better late then never!!

    Start weight, I weighed September 2- 190

    Phase 1 goal- 20lbs, weigh in at 170
    Phase 2 goal- 15lbs, weigh in at 155
    Phase 3 goal - 15 lbs, weigh in at 140
    phase 3 will put me at my goal weight!!!
    so phase 4 is to maintain BC I no once I hit goal weight, I need to learn to keep it there!

    OK, my starting weight is 320.2. Shooting for phase one 31 lbs. to be at 289. Doing for me but dedicating phase one to my Dad who would love to see me lose some weight to be healther.

    efaith, I think that is sweet that you are dedicating your loss to your Dad. :) I lost my Dad in 2001, and shortly after that I lost 110 lbs. I've since put the majority of that loss back on. So, following your lead, my first phase will be in memory of my Dad.
