Get ready, get set...

This week everyone should be getting ready to begin the challenge!
1. Choose a workout routine (I can help you if you can't decide).
2. Get suited up: any equipment you need, supportive sneakers, etc...
3. Get your pantry in order - GET RID OF crap food. If it's not there, it won't tempt you. Start planning your menu for next week and make sure you have the staples in place.

We really get this thing going on Monday, Sept. 10. NO EXCUSES!!
