I hope to lose one pound per week, if I can do more that's great! But, I have had a really hard time shedding these pounds and want to have a realistic goal. I am hopeful that I can lose more but as long as I am losing each week, I will be happy!

I have more to drop.. but this is a start. I have to start slow on the exercise due to the fact that I have an ankle injury and am waiting to have an MRI to r/o fracture and/or ligament damage. I have been going to the gym and doing weights and elliptical. I will be doing the weights and the stationary bike.. Good luck everyone!0 -
