Didn't weigh myself this week as we were away for a long weekend at a wedding....now hubby is away which makes exercise hard as we have 3 wee kiddies (not impossible - just got to get the DVDs going) I am not going on scales till Monday as I know it won't be good until then!
    Well done to everyone!

I know what you mean about it being hard to fit it around the kids, I have 3 too. It is much easier now they are all school age and understand a bit more that I need half an hour to do something for myself every now and then! It also gets easier to take them with you on bike rides or to play tennis etc.
