Week 2 - Loss of 2.0 lb - 174.5 to 172.5
Week 3 - Loss of 2.5 lb - 172.5 to 170.0
Week 4 - Loss of 1.0 lb - 170.0 to 169.0 - this is the first week I cheated with alcohol
Week 5 - Loss of 3.0 lb - 169.0 to 166.0
Week 6 - Loss of 1.0 lb - 166.0 to 165.0
Week 7 - Loss of 2.0 lb - 165.0 to 163.0
Week 8 - Loss of 0.5 lb - 163.0 to 162.5 - I was cheating this week, so no surprises here!

Awesome! I am starting week four and feel like I cant lose more than 2.5 lbs a week anymore.. after week one I had lost 7 lbs, so now less than three pounds a week is sort of frustating!0
