I went on phase 4 in November, at around 125 pounds. And then with Thanksgiving, Christmas, birthdays, etc I kind of fell off the wagon. I got on the scale this morning and was back up to 139! So...I'm going back on phase 1 for a while to get back down where I need to be. I'll keep y'all updated :)

So yeah week three no loss . Doing this with my husband we eat exactly the same he lost 5 pounds ....seriously? I know there were days we didn't eat every four hours and my calories were never over 800 so I probably went into starvation mode but seriously....im annoyed and wondering how I could have done soooo much…

Today is my second day on the Ideal Protein diet. My husband has been on it for a month and lost 40 pounds. I'm finding this much harder than I anticipated and am tired and cranky all the time. Does it get better? My husband didn't seem to have these issues at the beginning of the diet. Thanks!!

I committed myself to three months on ideal protein (12 weeks) because it seemed like a legit time to actually APPLY myself to a "diet".
