Keep losing or stop?

I've lost over 170 pounds and am about 5 pounds of my goal...and am so stuck! Been bouncing up and down a pound or two for over a month and am wondering if my body is telling me it just won't lose any more. I'm at 171 pounds, goal of 165 and have about 15-20 pounds of extra skin after all this weight loss. Feel like if I quit now I'm not successful and wonder if I'd regret stopping now after setting this goal for myself. Any thoughts?

Wow... that's an amazing loss! I get what you're saying about feeling like you've quit. Could you add more exercise? Maybe the alternative phase 1 plan for the remaining five lbs? Switch up your meals? (I'm a creature of habit, so sometimes variety really does help me).
In Phase 2 it's also likely you'll continue losing a few more, so keep that in mind as well.0
