Day 2 - Losing Motivation Already

Today is my second day on the Ideal Protein diet. My husband has been on it for a month and lost 40 pounds. I'm finding this much harder than I anticipated and am tired and cranky all the time. Does it get better? My husband didn't seem to have these issues at the beginning of the diet.

    It absolutely gets better! You were experiencing ketoflu, and should be past it now. :)
