Hi my name is Andrea...I'm new to the group. I'm just going to come out and say it..I have a severe addiction to sweets, mostly bakery goods but every once in a while chocolate. I know that if I could get a handle on it I could actually drop some weight. I just don't know what to do!!!!

I know the feeling. I will admit though that once you start cutting back on some of those sweets, the cravings will begin to subside a bit. Try the low fat/lower sugar options also as substitutes as you adjust.0
